Forming and bending machines

1. Cold bending tile machine is composed of a large frame base, mechanical transmission, hydraulic molding cutting, electrical control system, access to the material auxiliary system

 2. Forming and deep drawing systems combined with rollforming

The finished product can sometimes feature special shapes, such as deep drawing or folds at the ends, to be implemented in the production line.

Through the realisation of suitable forming stations/moulds we can complete the products without the need for later off-line processing.

We also provide all kind of moulding lines for rainwater systems and  accessories, such as down pipe elbows, gutter corners, etc. In other applications – such as trapezoidal profiles, corrugated profiles, silos profiles or automotive profiles – the products are bended after the roll forming process.

We provide in-line roll bending machines  and calendering machines with curving radius control, automatic or not, for the different applications.
