Aluminum Steel Coil with Film: Revolutionary Building Material for Modern Construction

Aluminum Steel Coil With Film For Building Material is a product made of cold-rolled steel coil and (aluminum) galvanized steel coil after surface chemical treatment, coating (roll coating) or composite organic film (PVC film, etc.), and then baking and curing. This product is produced by the manufacturer in coils on the continuous production line, so it is also called prepainted steel coil. It not only has the properties of high mechanical strength and easy forming of steel materials, but also has good decoration and corrosion resistance of coating materials.

For galvanized coils, the sheet steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath to make a sheet of zinc coated on its surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in a plating tank with zinc melted to make galvanized steel plate; alloyed galvanized steel plate. This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dip method, but immediately after being out of the tank, it is heated to about 500 ºC to form an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

Product Parameters

Prepainted galvalume steel coils used galvalume/aluzinc (AZ20 -275gsm) steel coils as the basic raw materail. After pretreatment (the surface of the basic raw materail is cleaned to remove impurities, degreasing, and undergoes composite oxidation and passivation treatment), the surface is coated with PE. SMP, PVDF paint is then baked and solidified. It is more suitable for applications in corrosive and coastal areas.

Packing & Loading

 
Each coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye coil and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof/resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.

Hot dip galvanizing: the molten metal reacts with the iron matrix to produce an alloy layer, so as to combine the matrix and the coating. Cold galvanizing: the amount of galvanizing is very small, only 10-50g / m2, and its corrosion resistance is much different from that of hot-dip galvanized.
