Therefore, the service life of galvalume steel sheets with 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating is longer than that of galvanized steel sheets. Based on the weight loss of galvalume steel sheets exposed to the atmospheric environment for a long time, Bethlehem Steel Company concluded that galvalume steel sheets with 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating are 2 to 2 times more corrosion-resistant than G-90 galvanized steel sheets. The conclusion of 4 times is widely accepted by the industry.
