Galvalume Steel Coil Aluminum-zinc plated steel sheets have a characteristic smooth, flat and ornate starburst surface with a silvery-white base color. The coating composition consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process of Al-Zinc plated steel sheet is similar to that of galvanized and aluminized steel sheet, which is a continuous melt coating process.  55% Al-Zinc alloy coated Al-Zinc plated steel sheet not only has good corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.

Does Galvalume Steel Coil resistant to fingerprints?

Yes, cold rolled steel sheet would be coated with AZ,anti-finger printing, chromated and oiled or non-oiled which make it more beautiful and smooth.

Why does it have long-term corrosion resistence?

The long-term corrosion resistance of metal plating products mainly depends on the melting rate of the plated material and the thickness of the plating, the melting rate of the galvanized layer of galvanized steel sheet is higher than that of the 55% Al-Zn alloy plated Al-Zn steel sheet. Therefore, the service life of the 55% Al-Zn alloy coated Al-Zn steel sheet is longer than that of the galvanized steel sheet.
