Color coated steel coil is a product made of cold-rolled steel coil and (aluminum) galvanized steel coil after surface chemical treatment, coating (roll coating) or composite organic film (PVC film, etc.), and then baking and curing. This product is produced by the manufacturer in coils on the continuous production line, so it is also called prepainted steel coil. It not only has the properties of high mechanical strength and easy forming of steel materials, but also has good decoration and corrosion resistance of coating materials.

The color coated aluminum coils is aluminum substrate after color coating unit, the surface of the multi-layer organic coating and baked and cured composite materials. Color aluminum refers to coloring the surface of the aluminum alloy. Because the aluminum alloy has very stable performance and is not easy to be corroded, the general surface layer can be guaranteed to not fade for at least 30 months after special treatment. The density(2.71 kg/m³) is smaller than PPGI,also it has higher hardness, It is the lightest metal materials.  The current mainstream colors are white, red, blue, silver-gray, and so on.
