Production Process

Pre-painted steel coils and sheets. It is a product made of coated steel sheet (galvanized, aluzinc, cold sheet and etc.) with surface chemical treatment (degreasing, phosphating, chromic hydrochloric acid passivation), then coated (roller coated) with paint, and then baked. 

It has the mechanical strength and easy molding performance of steel plate, but also has good decorative and corrosion resistance, strong adhesion of the coating, can keep the color and luster for a long time, is widely used in construction, home appliances, furniture, public facilities and transportation and other fields. 

The color of color coated sheet can be divided into many kinds according to the requirements of users, such as orange, milky yellow, deep sky blue, aquamarine, scarlet, ivory, cerulean blue and etc.
