Product Description


The core of the PU Sandwich Panel is formed by a controlled reaction between two main ingredients: isocyanate and polyol. This reaction results in a rigid foam that is then injected into the space between the metal sheets under high pressure in an automatic hydraulic press. The resulting panel is lightweight yet incredibly strong, with a high load-bearing capacity. The joints between panels are sealed with silicone to ensure a watertight and vapor-tight seal.

The polyurethane foam used in these panels is renowned for its excellent thermal insulation properties, with a low thermal conductivity that minimizes temperature fluctuations within the enclosed space.
